ServiceLine Pro · Leak Workbook

You pay a bill
you never see.

It never shows up in QuickBooks. Page 00 prices the whole bill. Pages 01 to 25 find where the money leaks out. Write your own numbers over the examples. Every page does the math as you type, and the scoreboard ranks your leaks so you know which one to fix first.

Examples are a 4-truck pool company. Swap in yours.

Your leaks, ranked

$0
gap per month, page 00
$0
gap per year

Leaks overlap. A missed call can also be an after-hours call, so these can add up past the gap on page 00. Fix the top three, then run your numbers again.

    Where page 00 comes from

The three questions (what a customer is worth, how many you serve, how many you could serve) are step one of the Intensive Method in the SLP sales SOPs. The economics is older. Frédéric Bastiat wrote about “what is seen and what is not seen” in 1850, Friedrich von Wieser named opportunity cost in 1914, and Daniel Kahneman and Amos Tversky showed in 1979 that people fight harder to stop a loss than to chase an equal gain.

    How to use the numbers

Every figure here is an estimate built from the inputs on its page. Pull real numbers from the source named under each box: call logs, the CRM, payroll, QuickBooks. Your entries stay in this browser and nowhere else.
